I'm currently developing a new financial technology venture for the Japanese market.
The initial thesis is around corporate treasury, cross-border payments and modern financial infrastructure for Japanese companies operating globally.

Why I'm building
Companies increasingly shape how we communicate, move, spend, work, learn and live.
Over time, I began asking a deeper question: what happens when the institutions shaping our lives are governed primarily by capital, growth and engagement metrics?
I believe business can aim higher.
Capital is necessary. Profit matters. Growth matters. But they should remain tools — not the ultimate purpose.
Capital should serve people.
Not the other way around.
My Catholic faith increasingly shapes how I think about entrepreneurship: human dignity, family, truth, stewardship, subsidiarity, solidarity and the common good.

I'm not interested only in building products for Catholics.
I'm interested in what happens when Catholic founders help build the technology and institutions everyone uses.
The products can serve everyone. The principles behind how they are built can still be deeply rooted in a Catholic understanding of the human person.
Human Dignity
A person is never merely a user, employee, customer or economic unit.
Truth
Do not build business models that depend on deception or manipulation.
Family
Work and technology should not require sacrificing the relationships that matter most.
Common Good
Businesses create responsibilities beyond shareholder returns.
Subsidiarity
Keep power and decisions as close as possible to the people affected.
Stewardship
Capital, technology and talent are things we are responsible for using well.
About João
João Orismar is a Brazilian fintech founder and software builder living in Japan.
He co-founded ZIZUH, where he spent years building and operating products across cross-border payments, stablecoins, wallets, APIs, treasury and financial infrastructure.
Today he is starting a new chapter independently from Japan through OrisVision.
He is also a husband and Catholic father — experiences that increasingly influence how he thinks about technology, work, companies and the future.
